All inclusive Bar Service

No matter the event, we can supply a full bar service that will provide a range of different beverages such as soft drinks, cocktails, beer, wine, mocktails and juices to cater to all tastes. This package includes a mobile bar, uniformed bar staff, glassware and all the necessary ingredients to make your special menu. Our inclusive service means that you will not have to worry about any aspect of the bar service for your event. We even offer a tasting session where you can make your own signature drink which can be served at your event.  Let us handle the stress whilst you enjoy your special day.

Dry Hire Bar Service

​

We offer a service where you can hire our bar and provide your own liqueur and refreshments. We will ensure that you have a mobile bar that suits your occasion, glassware that matches your menu and bar staff to help best present and serve your drinks. We can also help provide a shopping list for all the ingredients you may need and source any special liqueur that you require.

Add on Cocktail Service

​

We are aware that your venue may already have a  bar and you may even have plans to provide standard refreshments but there are often occassions that you would like to offer cocktails, mocktails or special liqueurs as part of your event and this is where Shake N Sip can step in. We can provide the ingredients, glassware and bar staff to serve cocktails or mocktails alongside whatever bar facilities you already have in place.

Pay As You Drink Service

​

Shake ‘N’ Sip can set up a ‘Pay as you drink’ service so that you can enjoy your event and not have to worry about all the expenses associated with the bar.  This comes in two forms, the first is  where you provide an open bar (pre-paid) for certain beverages and any additional items outside this list are then paid for by guests and the second option is a pure cash bar where guests purchase all their own drinks. Shake ‘N’ Sip will provide the bar, appropriate glassware and bar staff for the event period.

Drinks Station Service

​

There are occasions when a full bar is not needed but you may still like to have cocktails, mocktails, smoothies etc..at your event. A member of our staff is happy to set up a drinks station which you can then manage. We organise the set up and clean up the station as this is normally a self-service option. There are a variety of ways in which this can be organised, we can provide dispensers or layout the drinks individually no matter which option you choose, the station will be presented beautifully. These come in four tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum).

Drinks Dispenser Service

​

We can provide drinks dispensers for your events, these serve between 15-20 people for our small dispensers and 30-40 people for our large dispensers. We are happy to drop off and collect for a small delivery charge or you can collect from our pickup point for free. For an additional fee we can provide all the items to really present your drinks such as Ice, glassware and drinkware.

Bronze Package - For events of 100 people and above, 3 Mocktail Options - Starts from 280 (generic decor, simple set up)

 

Silver Package - For events of 200 people and above, 3 Mocktail Options or 2 Mocktail Options and 1 Alcoholic Option - Starts from 550 (personalised cocktail accessories)

 

Gold Package - For events of 300 people and above, 4 Mocktail Options or 2 Mocktail Options and 2 Alcoholic Options - Starts from 800 (luxury decor, personalised service)

 

Platinum Package - For events of 300 people and above,  4/5 Cocktail/Mocktail Options (all drinks  can be alcoholic) - Starts from 900 (a signature drink can be served or a signature drink can be made on site during event, complimentary taster session, personalised decor, luxury service)
